Uses the extremely lowpoly model form the Street Fighter EX games.

I don't mind that it's extremely lowpoly model, I've been waiting to see some Akuma skin for L4D for a long time and besides that this one is for Bill, I couldn't ask for more, thank you very much.

i usually screw up when rigging more complex models so id rather work with the more simpler option whenever i can
