Eeveelution Skins (WIP)

Adds skins for Vaporeon, Glaceon, and Umbreon, with full armor sprites as well as dynamic item sprite support. Some of them come with clone sprites, but not all (sprite size limitations...)

The rest of the Eeveelutions (including Eevee) are coming eventually.

Also, I am reminding everyone who uses this skin pack that you can use any skin on any character! Just select "show all characters" on the skin selection screen.
