Starbases Expanded 3.0: Get out of my sight

Additionally, the mod introduces two extra upgrade levels for Starbases. However, these upgrades currently cost the same as the Citadel upgrade. So far, I still have no idea how to avoid making this mod too big and complex with multiple changes in GFX.

Important Notes:
Hidden Upgrades: The upgrade progresses from Headquarters to HIDDEN Headquarters (not visible in the UI) and then to a permanently NON-HIDDEN upgrade. This ensures that the upgrade button on the star base doesn’t clutter your interface and allows you to focus on your bastions.
The orbital ring is entirely removed from the Megastructures UI on build and has a 4th level that hides it from UI.


This mod is incompatible with any mod that modifies starbase_headquarters levels or megastructures. It's not that hard to patch them to work together.
