描述
Rough revival of de_coldwater by Mike_Hawk (original from CS:GO modders mendaxyz, Praelium, and natko). Haven't worked with Hammer in the past, nevermind all the community tools, so, y'know, just hoping this works.

Much thanks to wtf.mkv for all the help hosting, testing, providing error info. It's no exaggeration to say this wouldn't have been possible without him.

@MuteAnt° I need to play it again to check the places with missing texture, the water if I remember correctly was like totally white at least on macOS. I will try to take some screenshots in the coming weeks.

@ikir: Let me know which ones, I can take a closer look. Only errors I know of but aren't skilled enough to fix are smokestack particle generators and some missing de_mirage/..._DIFFUSE materials
