Have you ever been on a server, excited to engage in battle with your fellow engineers, and then they...
- Drill under your base?
- Jetpack around your defenses like a hummingbird on a crack?
- Grind their way through your turrets?

These are just some of the many reasons players prefer to avoid building planetary bases. Good news, all that is solved.
The inhibitor is a player buildable block that disables hand tools and blocks that can be used to cheese defenses.

Player Options:
Allow / Deny
- Hand Welders
- Hand Grinders
- Hand Drills
- Jet Packs
- Inhabitable blocks

Admin options:
- Allow usage of features about:
- Hand tools
- Custom block list of blocks players can disable using the inhibitor.
(Default Just drill blocks uses a contains format, i.e.,. Drill will reference all blocks with the drill in their sub type.)

Problem & Solution:
Block Tools can be activated without turning them on, the only way to stop this is to damage them. As such if a block tool Is activated inside a inhibitor field, BOOM.
