描述
"You hear their whispers, their calls but every time you turn to look, they're gone"

This addon introduces an NPC that lurks around every corner, harmless, but giving you unease, as well as blinking and post processing.

Customization is under the Utilities menu and the convar "horror_"

If it doesn't spawn, use the entity on/off as a reset.

Let me know if there are any bugs or additions you would like to see.

@Liam there's several different horror mods like that on the workshop already. the point of this is to make it UNIVERSAL across maps.
