DNCL - Day/Night City Lights

                                   

               In a world where fires burn for eternity and all the lands forests are laid to ashes,
             one mod rises against the tyranny of wasteful energy. Introducing DNCL, discover
                a green Skyrim like never before. Now the power is in your hands to conserve
                energy and keep fires lit only when needed, no more city lights during the day.
               DNCL contains an environmentally approved script developed by wizards that
               extinguishes all city lights during the day, in the effort to preserve nature and
                 to make the scenery more lively. DNCL does not enhance the light effects or
                add any new light sources, it simply adds functionality to existing ones. But do
               not fretten! DNCL goes out and beyond to bring green energy to other graphic
          enhancing light mods. If you are using another light mod then you might find a DNCL
                              version that is tailored to work with that mod so you don't have
                                                   to sacrifice functionality over visuals.
                                               Its like having your cake and eating it too!

Cities with cold environments or little to no exterior lighting has not been altered.

DNCL is developed with separate versions that are tailored to the specific mods listed below. These specialised versions are currently only available on Nexusmods.

Compatible with most mods except those that deletes or replace light sources in the cities (unless specified under "Supported Mods" above), light and city overhauls are typically not compatible.

Unless eternal darkness is your thing, it is highly recommended that you uninstall/unsubscribe during in-game nighttime. If the lights are off and DNCL is not running there will be no script to turn the lights back on.
