MW-Like Grenade Counter

Adds a grenade counter to your screen (meant to be a companion addon to MW Stim [VManip], but it's not required). You can also customize grenade icon to your preference.

Console commands:
"mw_grenade_empty" (0/1) - Allow displaying of the grenade counter if you have no grenades left;
"mw_grenade_hud" (0/1) - Toggle displaying of the grenade counter;
"mw_grenade_style" (1-4) - Grenade counter style: 1 - HL2 grenade (angled to the right), 2 - HL2 grenade (angled to the left), 3 - M67 grenade, 4 - F1 grenade;
"mw_grenade_text_alignment" (0-4) - Grenade counter text alignment: 0 - original spacing; 1 - right; 2 - left; 3 - up; 4 - down;
"mw_grenade_x_pos" (-100-10000) - Grenade counter horizontal position;
"mw_grenade_y_pos" (-100-10000) - Grenade counter vertical position.
