描述
Fixes Diverse Rooms mod's bug of AI leaders always take the same background after they got appointed.
Now they take random background from 302 available in Diverse Rooms mod and base game.

This mod also changes player's empire background at each new ruler.

Sadly this won't work with prescripted empires. They background is fixed and won't change.

This mod breaks achievements.

@Dr. Quackers M.D., sorry, but for me it's works just fine, maybe try it without other mods active - only Diverse Rooms, Diverse Rooms fix and this mod active.
