[WOTC] Spec Ops: The Line - Jeff Riggs Squadmate

This mod adds a custom head and uses custom shaders - you MUST have X2WOTCCommunityHighlander installed when using mods with custom heads/shaders!



This squadmate mod adds the rough-and-tumble CIA/ISA Grey Fox operative Mr. Steal-Your-Water Jeff Riggs from Spec Ops: The Line to your XCOM 2 campaign.

The cosmetic options provided include:

• 1 Custom Head
  
• 2 Torsos (1 default, 1 tinted)
  
• 2 Arms (1 default, 1 tinted)
  
• 2 Legs (1 default, 1 tinted)

This armor is male only (obviously)

Jeff Francis Riggs - the 53 y/o leader of the CIA Grey Fox op-squad - is without a doubt the most evil and callous character in all of Spec Ops: The Line. Treating his fellow agents and local Emirati militia like disposable cattle in his twisted game, he shows little concern for the loss of human life. This is best displayed in his diabolical plan to doom the entirety of Dubai to a slow death by dehydration, which he succeeds in accomplishing after Delta helps him destroy what's left of the withering city's water supply. Even Walker, in his delusional and bloodthirsty state, calls out Riggs for what he truly is: pure insanity. It's only fitting that he met his end burning to death under the mess he helped create.

While there isn't enough material to create a voice pack for Riggs, there exists this VP of Fr. Paul Rawlings that sort of matches his gruff voice and slight southern inflection.

Anyways, this squadmate mod wraps up the last of the main cast from SO:TL. I might tackle some of the co-op and multiplayer models in the future, but other than that my work with Spec Ops is largely finished.
