Another Beast from the same reality of Entity-303 it lives on the Elder Isle in Sector-X in an Abandoned Old Lab that is theorized that it once belonged to "The one whom praised the virus" that we've not found yet entity-06 seems to only be around the lab at night and stalks its halls for intruders we sent one guy with a camera to take pictures of the beast (he never made it out).
