描述
The Masterpiece is a 64-floor, 261 metre skyscraper located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

The lower levels and basement of the building are occupied by the six-storey K11 shopping centre, the Hyatt Regency hotel offers 381 rooms spread from from Level 3 to 24, 345 luxury residential apartments occupy the 27th to 67th floors with penthouse apartment units located on the top floors of the building. I gave it a try and love it. I really want to use this asset but it's too tall for the skyline of my current city build. I'll have to come back when I build a larger downtown someday. It's a beautiful model!
