Highfleet thrusters pack

This mod adds a set of thrusters from the game Highfleet.

The thrusters are stronger and more efficient than vanilla hydrogen thrusters, but would only work in atmosphere.

D-30, NK-25 and RD-59 are omni-directional thrusters in Highfleet, but it's kinda complicated to make omni-directional thrusters in SE. SO I recommend to place them on rotors and use vector thrust script ( https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2831096030 )

All thrusters have particle effects and cosmetic heatup animation made using Mexpex's Thruster FX framework which is set as dependancy.
