I am not the creator of the mod, Doctor Leevsy will be able to tell you what exactly the design philosophy is.
I am listed as author of the mod as this version of the mod was reduced to be compatible with BCE Mod series including BCE Markets, so in case of an emergency I can do changes that ensure compatibility.
If you are willing to improve this mod to make it not only technically compatible but as well gameplaywise, then you are invited to do so. Please join BCE Discord so we can talk about that. I am sure Doctor Leevsy would allow you to become co-author of this mod so you can do the necessary changes.
Unfortunately the workload of creating and advancing BCE does currently not allow me to do these kinda changes myself.
The invitation is also for anyone else who feels inclined.
Also the two sectors affected by BCE Markets are left out from this adapted version so BCE Markets becomes compatible.
