Almost Working Skyboxes

This mod was my try to get skyboxes working on Arma 3
Current issues:
1- The skybox isn't well visible, it actually has a sort of blue tint on it (i tried getting rid of it, but failed).
2- The sky color won't look right on some maps (mainly livonia), this is because i needed to get some lighting configs from Sa'hatra, otherwise the skybox will get some weird artifacts under some lighting conditions (this happens because the skybox model being used is from Arma 2).
Maps Supported: Altis, Livonia, Tanoa, Stratis, Malden
The skybox and horizon textures being used is the one from Takistan (A2).
