Arborosa: Small Port Town

Arborosa is home to quite a few residents, all of which used to be happy and healthy before the guard captain was usurped. The town has always been under local military control as they don't want to select a ruler to give their power to, but they actually used to enjoy life this way. The previous captain is a Goliath Fighter, his wife was killed and the guard wouldn't help look into the death. The current captain is the killer.
