Port Town

This town is in a lovely area, but it *harbors* a dark secret. There are a lot of missing children as of recently. This is because of "The Butcher" however, none of the townsfolk know this. The Butcher has a shack in the northwest, in a hatch in the floor he has a basement. There he has vats for each missing child, he harvests their bones and muscles to add to himself. He is of massive build, covered in stiches and slightly leaking blood.
