描述
Some vocalisers have a "Clear" command where the L4D1 survivors will stay stuff like "it's empty" in reference to the area. Problem is, the L4D2 survivors don't have lines set up for this which is annoying because I find these voice lines really useful actually. This adds some, using some unused Passing voice lines.

Will NOT conflict with any other talker things.

I think we need to restored the unused The Passing conversation about L4D2 characters talking about Bill's dead body with L4D characters respond to it.
