Set up your company's headquarters on the Rue des Champs Sérialisés, enjoy your break at the Deux Marc-Daoune café, but above all, develop your studio sufficiently to compete with major market players such as Abasoft, Quantic Fantasy, Gameflat, and Enkarma.

Big challenges await you: Paris is a dynamic city with a pool of young talent waiting to work for you. However, it's also a noisy and cramped city, with century-old buildings that were never built to accommodate our modern offices. Will you be able to overcome these drawbacks and grow your business?

The map comprises seven independent buildings:
- Five of them can be rented as room units or entire floors.
- The other two can only be rented as a whole (one at $251,000 and the other at $401,000 [medium difficulty]).
- The starting room is 20 m² for $2,545 [medium difficulty].
- All buildings have cellars, some of which can be rented separately.

The map is quite imposing and may cause a drop in FPS. Should this happen, first deactivate “Screen Space Reflexion” and lower “SSA”. Disabling “Ambient Occlusion” and “More Shadows” can also help.

[Warning / !\: This map contains numerous 0.5m long walls, which are normally forbidden by the game. No mods were used to make them, and I didn't spot any problems during my playtesting, but if you do, please let me know].


- 27/05/2024 : I need to find a better way to deal with the monitoring centers and receptions of the common parts, since if you hire guards and receptionnists, they'll go in any room of the map having a reception desk/ monitoring desk and not the ones in your building.
