REQUIRES DIVIDE ET IMPERA.

PLACE THIS ABOVE ALL 3 PACKS.

NOT SAVE-GAME COMPATIBLE.

Hello.

This pack changes the reform timers and conditions for ALL faction groups, even those with global reforms, unique requirements, and certain territorial/battle requirements.

A small list detailing some changes:

-Every culture group with Imperium requirements (Rome, Carthage, Greeks, etc.) now unlock their reforms at Imperium I within the first 5 turns.

-Every culture group with Global Reforms requirements (Dacian, Armenian, etc.) now unlock their reforms within the first 5 turns.

-Every culture group with unique settlement/battle requirements (Dacian, Scythian, Mauryan, Median, British, etc.) now unlock their reforms within the first 5 turns, regardless if they meet the settlement and battle requirements.

-AI will now unlock reforms within the first 5 turns.

-Player technologies for reforms are unchanged aside from their turn timer requirements.

-Spartan building restrictions are lifted within the first 5 turns.

-All building restrictions are lifted within the first 5 turns.

DISCLAIMERS:

-Due to building restrictions being lifted, your game may experience long loading times due to the insane amount of units it'll have to load into your game instead of being locked behind building tiers.

-This is meant to be unbalanced.

-Due to all groups unlocking their reforms at the same time, some events may not fire properly.

-I am not perfect, so if there is any reform that doesn't work please let me know and I'll take a look at it.

@Askar Yeah go for it, I don't play Rome 2 anymore so this mod is just gonna stay here

I did a clean install of Rome II and cleaned out the old mod folder aswell and resubbed to this and the other DEI mods I play with. After a new test it works now as intended, Marian fires at 3d turn, imperial at 4th. Idk if there was some old inactive mods that was causing the bug or something. Im happy i got it to work now. Thank you for the quick reply, I have a 24turns per year submod instaled as well. would that interfere with your mod? I have tried with both an old save and a fresch new one.
Gonna try again with a new one just to make sure. :)

@Jaceric Roman reforms occur on turns 2, 3, and 4, all at imperium 1. Marian reforms should've triggered on turn 4, but in your case it might've been a bug. Was it a brand new campaign? This mod is not save-game compatible

What are the new turn numbers for the roman reforms? Marian still have't hit yet and im on turn 86.
