The scale is broken, esp when combined with other high difficulty mods (Rato's overhaul, and any enemy squad size multiplier). Should have guessed from the screenshot.
Figured out this mod caused an insane amount of enemies to appear in preset sectors + squads. Unsure if it's a compatibility issue that caused enemy size to go up exponentially.
Ernie Village = 6
Ernie Village (Body Count) = 7
Ernie Village (Vanilla Enhanced) = 16
Ernie Village (Vanilla Enhanced, Body Count) = 19
If you add Rato's Overhaul at hardest difficulty, this becomes stupid.
I barely cleared Ernie Island after first securing better weapons. But it's impossible at Blood Diamond Mine with 30+ enemies gunning down all your miners before fighting you!!
This mod conflicts with "Legion comes for you" too. I see 1 boat of 9 legion enemies heading to fight my Ernie Village militia. When the boat lands, the enemies suddenly changes to 21. It's impossible for any fully trained militia to fight.
D8 entering from D9 it's to the left and right of the crossroads. I had 45 enemies that could only run up and down the street wich made a pretty gruesome carnage. Ivan ended the turn with 60AP.
D7 entering from D8 there's a invissible 1 tile wide ditch on the border of the deploiment zone that all mercs had to jump across.
If I find more I'll keep updating you.
Even though I liked it at this point I had to remove the mod it seems like most sectors changed are plaged with impassable terrain patches.
I've tried to edit it but can't figure how to move the blue lines on the map editor.

Finally a use for all those meds (getting my ass kicked) :)
A couple bugs:
H9 - theres a impassable patch of terrain about 5x5 tiles between the Explosives Craftsman stand and one of the Villas secondary garden entry.
G8 - The event didn't complete due to a dude that was out of bounds on the SW corner fo the map. I had to turn cheats on to spot him and kill him.
