Traincar Grabber

framework for letting you grab onto the ladders on the side of train cars.

currently plays the wrong animation while holding onto the car. Idk how to fix it at the moment.

this only supports goomz' new hopper and goomz' new gondola on it's own, but you can make configs for your own cars.
an example config will be available soon.

CONTROLS AND COMMANDS:
railcargrabber_tracedistance (0 - 500) : the distance at which to check for train car grab points (100 by default)
railcargrabber_enable_use (0 or 1) : enable grabbing onto cars with the E key (off by default)
+cargrabber_grab : works similar to +tp3_remote_switcher, you can bind this to any key you want.

FOR DEVELOPERS:
Type "developer 1" into console to be able to see the hitboxes and footplate location on railcars. This makes it easier to make your config.
