Death Trooper Scrambler
Made some changes and fixes to the original addon and have gotten permission to maintain it.

Commands
These commands will only work if you have the dt_encrypter

- /uplink -> This will allow whoever you are looking at to be able to understand you if you do not have the dt_encrypter or dt_decrypter.

- /delink -> This will delink those that you are looking at if they are uplinked.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Information
This addon is now compatible with GMMP.

Can u move the Scrabler icon on the hud or has it to be on the Left corner of my Screen

This addon essentially scrambles a person voice and plays DT voice clips in place, only those who are uplinked or have the encryter or decrypter will be able to hear the person

To activate just click, you should see a UI at the top of the screen letting you know if it is activated or not.

Sound of the scrambler is already pretty loud, it is based on the sound effects so do try checking your sound effects. Ill keep on having another look.
