Hear me out:

Almond Water (Pain Pills)
Juice (Adrenaline, since it makes you faster)
Energy Bar (Medkit, just for the sake of it being changed)
ETB Chainsaw (over the regular L4D2 Chainsaw)
Fireworks (Molotov)
Almond Concentrate (From ETB's MEG Facility, replaces Boomer Bile)
Mimic (Replaces regular infected)
Wretch (Entities in the house from Level 9 of ETB, replaces Hunter)
