Regarding the high tris count of a whopping 91K, you might want to find a way to reduce the tris cound and/or split the building into multiple assets

regarding file size issue, possibly bug caused by mods. Same thing happened to some other authors' submission recently. Disable mods you don't need in editor with SkyVE and try again.
