Block Watne Type 60 Residential Home (Scene)

Small side project where I recreated a 1970s style Norwegian house. It features two floors with a large living room aswell as a apartment in the basement.
The house is delivered unfurnished.
All textures are packed in the addon, so no extra content is required.

Note: If you open the .vmf and only want the house visible, you can uncheck the "Nature" VisGroup, which hides everything that isnt the actual house.

The house has a continuous living room of over 40 m2,
with door to the terrace. The kitchen is at the front of the house and has a workbench under the window.

On the lower floor you will find a hall, bedroom, WC as well as a laundry room and storage rooms.

Variants: Type 60 can be delivered with a basement apartment on the lower floor.
