描述
Update for the original mod by Agami. No permission requested per Agami's profile page. Will remove/takedown if the original gets updated.

Makes borders more transparent and thin, swaps border colors, keeps star pins.
Achievement-compatibe.

The mod also:
- slightly raises borders
- doesn't highlght borders under nebulas (maybe - might have broken this with the update)

Just want to let anyone know that this mod works for 4.0 as long as you DON'T have the Cosmic Storms DLC enabled. If you don't have the DLC this mod works perfectly fine.
