Hank J. Wimbleton

This is my first (and probably only since this stuff is pretty hard) RoA character! Rising from the ground of well, Newgrounds and the Madness of Combat, I present Hank J. Wimbleton.

Specials are as follows:

Up: Hank propels himself into the air while firing downwards.

Down: Hank temporarily gains his MAG-nifed powers and punches the ground with an electrifying punch.

Side: Hank dives through the air while firing pistols.

Neutral: Hank can take weapons from his enemies by pummeling them. Once he scores enough hits, a weapon will fall on the ground and Hank can pick it up. The possible weapons he can use are:
- M1911 pistol
- M16 Assault Rifle
- Mossberg 500 Shotgun
- Tac-50 Sniper Rifle
- Flashbang

The rest of his normals are pretty standard.
Make sure to let me know of any issues/balancing problems, and I'll try to fix them.
