Dr. Pickler's Crawling Bandits

Adds a new faction to the game: Crawling Bandits. These bandits are a lot like starving bandits, but are weaker, even more pitiful, and most importantly: are limbless!

Created for the very, very early game, as enemies for the Wanderer start. A whole squad of them can be taken by just one unskilled fighter with enough gumption... and kiting. Tend to spawn around the Border Zone, which is where the Hub is.





- Some sort of faction leader for the Crawling Bandits, a Crawling King if you will.

- Unique dialogue for the Crawling Bandits.

- Reaction to world states + unique world states based around the Crawling Bandits, like if the Crawling King is dead or not.

- Maybe some lore.
