Gold Reward: The OPEC Headquarters wonder is built in the Capital, providing +6 Oil resources, +6 Gold, and +6 Production in the City. Additionally, Engineer, Scientist, and Merchant specialists generate +2 Gold in every City.

Silver Reward: Receive +4 Oil resources and a Great Engineer appears in the Capital.

---

Bronze Reward: Receive +2 Oil resources and gain +20 Influence with all City-States.

Prerequisite Tech: Satellites.
