Singe's Skills for Tamurkhan the Maggot Lord

Tamurkhan, the almost herald of the Warhammer Fantasy Renaissance. Lorebeards, with Loremaster of Sotek and Andy Law have a good video on him and what he represented for the setting - before it all got End Times'd. Oh well.

For someone named after Tamerlane/Timur the Lame, he doesn't fit too well - notably, he's not much of a cultured intellectual, nor was he undefeated in battle. To be fair, Timur just had to face the Golden Horde, the Mamluks, the Ottomans, and the Delhi Sultanate, not Omdra the Dread.

Five skills for the fellow who answers the question "Would Papa Nurgle still love me if I was a worm?", with a mixed focus, but a fair few benefits to mortal cavalry.
Throne Claimant boosts the power of human units, and leaves me hoping CA don't start making up the other sons of the Great Kurgan, because then I'd probably have to use this skill and the next again and look like a hack.
Kurgan Riders boosts all his cavalry so that you can have that fast Nurgle army you wanted.
Rotting Fists gives Plague Ogres some boosts - I don't know if Mealworms is used anywhere else in the game, but it should make the Plague Ogres more responsive to healing, toughening them up.
Spawn of Bubebulos makes Toad Dragons even better
The Path to Ascension gives him a pseudo-daemonic upgrade - because giving him the actual Daemonic trait would have been a straight downgrade.
