Singe's Skills for Elspeth von Draken

Bloody hell but its hard to get those damned schematics. There's some very cool stuff behind there, but by Ranald do you have to work for them. Also, she took Gelt's role of Artillery Dude, which means I'll have to come up with some new things for him at some point.

Elspeth's an interesting one - someone pointed how much she resembles Grimhilde from Snow White, and she's very much that Wicked Witch/Evil Sorceress vibe, the fairy tale villain or ominous side character. In true Warhammer fashion, Elspeth is on the side of the goodies.

Five skills for the Queen of the Goths.

Combat Drilling boosts your Artillery and Gunners in melee combat, so they can better resist a charge or harass; Nuln Ironsides might even be able to double as a frontline - until an Amethyst Rocket turns half of them into Shyishy Salsa
Refined Rifling makes those same Gunners hit harder from further away
Tenders of the Garden makes Morr Templars able to hit daemons better, and also lets them withstand attacks from skellingtons better
Shyish-Forged Armaments boosts missile damage, but also makes them cause Terror and Fear, so low morale harassers can be more easily frightened off. Also, it's funny to charge Terrifying Artillerymen to cause breaks.
Lightning Warfare - look, she's from Fantasy Germany and works with Tanks and Landships, I couldn't not make the joke. Makes Steam Tanks and Land Ships better on the Charge and the initial shots.
