Halo Chapter Titles

A simple addon which both adds a console command to display a chapter title in the style of Halo CE/2/3, and also makes them display in that style when spawning on any singleplayer maps of Half-Life 2 + episodes. (and also Portal 2)

• sv_vhalo_chaptertitles_nobars 0/1 (default 0) -- Disables the black bars, for a more Halo 2 style chapter title.
  
• sv_vhalo_chaptertitles_nospawntitles 0/1 (default 0) -- Disable a randomized chapter title from being played any time you respawn.

If you are making your own maps and want to utilize this system, there are two custom functions which you can run:

• Shared: CETitles_AddMap("mapname", "text you want") -- Adds a text which will display when a player spawns specifically on that map.
  
• Serverside/Map lua: HaloCEChapterTitle("text") -- Triggers the chapter title system and will display the supplied text.

For server operators, the console command is locked behind an :IsAdmin() check on the player, this is validated both client & serverside so there is no way for exploited clients to get around it. The console command itself exists in both the client & the server realm. So you can either pass the :IsAdmin() check, or rcon the command.
