You think that Warhammer cybernetics efficiency couldn't be between bionic tier and advanced bionic tier? I think too! Because of it i made this mod. It makes cybernetics be a little worse analog of Ultratech tier. When Inactive, cybernetics worse that Ultratech, but with energy it's a little better. You can also use this mod without YAPEM if you want to boost your cybernetics.
