North American Style Tracks: PRR Catenary Compatability

This makes NS37's NEC PRR/Amtrak Catenary mod compatible with North American Track Styles mod. Only the aforementioned mods are required, NS37's track mod is not needed.

3 Separate track Sets:

• Jointed Rail (PRR JR)
  
• Welded Rail (PRR WR)
  
• Concrete Ties (PRR CT)
