HIMS Viscountess Arabella

At the time of their launch, the ships of this class were the largest and most heavily armed traditional vessels capable of traversing the Intermarium, and they have remained in frequent use since. Whilst the original design was far more modest, largely being similar to various destroyers, increasing demands for firepower were placed onto the ship until nearly the entire ship's length was used for cannons, supplementing the already extensive complement of torpedoes. With cluttered decks and even a pair of casemates, the firing arcs of each of the class' individual weapons are poor, but should they all be brought to bear against a single target the results are typically devastating. Despite all its additions, it maintains a respectable speed, and holds a place at the core of many flotillas and in the screens of grander formations just as well.
