HL2 Crowbar Speed

描述
This mod makes the crowbar as fast as it was in HL2.
Not compatible with other mods that replace crowbar's weapon script, reanimations should be fine.


If this mod doesn't strangely work for some strange reasons, try moving the vpk file to your custom folder. It can be found in "\YOURSTEAMLIBRARY\steamapps\workshop\content\362890\3245223597" directory.

I just checked it out. Seems to work as it should. Swinging speed for missing and hitting is the same, something must be wrong on your end. As you said, it's probably some conflicting mod. Try disabling all your mods except for mine and see if the issue still persists. If it doesn't, then it's probably for sure some other mod that does the same thing as my mod.

Either I've got a conflicting mod or this doesn't do jack if you're swinging to actually hit a target, be it inanimate or living. It seems to only change the speed of the swings that don't make contact with anything.

I never liked how fast the HL1 crowbar was, so good to see someone ported the HL2 speed.

Like what? Gordon is a superhuman that swings a heavy crowbar like a pocket knife?

Great mod, never really thought about it until recently that BM's Gordon can just swing his crowbar like an absolute maniac lol.
