Calamitas' old sprite

2.0.4.0 From calamity gave us a new Supreme Calamitas sprite. A lot of people aren't a huge fan of it which is why this mod reverts that change back to the old sprite before the 2.0.4 update.

This is not a personal jab at Dandy or the calamity team as a whole.

The main issues people have with the sprite is that it:
1. Doesn't fit in with the other vanilla and calamity NPC sprites
2. has much pinker skin rather than the gray shes been depicted with since the dawn of time

(This also returns the old feature where the icon changes based on whether calamitas is in Phase 2 or not)
(does not change the cirus GFB sprite)
