To be honest, I have never heard about TEM103!

And, by the way
Recentyly I often read russian wikipedia via google translate about trains build in USSR/CIS

But I also plan western trains too!

i decided to go to the ukrainian wikipedia searching for some trains since i noticed there are quite a lot of articles there. maybe something like an EL21 (the east german train) or the TE136 (although an more experimental vehicle) similarly to the TEM103 . also decided to mention that you have inspired me to potentialy start modding.

@Pitagoras991 you could perhaps make something from the Electroputere EA series of locomotives, (CFR-40, JZ-461). Also fantastic minibus mod, fills the gap for western minibuses in the game!
