Flying Seat Charging Station

This is intended to bolt onto either a rover or be connected/hinged onto your base, making it easy (ish) to land the Flying Seat MkII and charge it. Sloped sides mean that you don't have to be too accurate when landing, hovering in roughly the right place and moving slowly forward should be enough to do it.
