Flying Seat Mk II

A slightly less death defying transport mechanism, useful when resources are low, or you can't be bothered building a whole ship to get around. I've been using this to scout wrecks in Splitsie's scrapyard modpack, and it works pretty well.

The main addition to this seat is a reverse thruster. With that mounted braking is relatively easy, and you only need to lean left or right to control sideways direction. It's easier to get up to speed, too: nose straight down and the brake becomes a lift thruster.

To land, brake and hover in place, lean left or right so that you're going straight, and descend slowly with autolock enabled.

There's also a connector to help with charging.
