Light Recon (Dune) Buggy

Small, cheap recon rover that I've been using in Splitsie's scrapyard challenge, but would be useful in a few situations. No cargo or charging, since it's relatively light on power and you'll probably want to upgrade this to something bigger before the battery runs out.

Has a gyroscope for maneuvering during cornering and making sure that you land on your wheels (it goes fast and gets a lot of air over bumps), and a beacon in case you lose it in a dust storm.
