描述

業務スーパーで有名な神戸物産が運営する日本の焼肉チェーン店「プレミアムカルビ」とその居抜きのアセットです。
神奈川県川崎市宮前区にあるプレミアムカルビ宮前平店を参考に制作しました。
看板をすべて外したNakedバージョン（ユニーク建物）、看板Propと駐車場入口Propが付属しています。
このお店のテナントは以前「すし銚子丸」でしたので、そのうち銚子丸も作るかもしれません。

This is an asset of Premium Karubi, a Japanese yakiniku chain restaurant operated by Kobe Bussan, famous for its business supermarkets, and its outlets.
This project was created with reference to Premium Karubi Miyamaedaira restaurant located in Miyamae-ku, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Naked version with all signage removed (unique building), signage Prop and parking lot entrance Prop are included.
The tenant of this restaurant used to be “Sushi Choshimaru”, so I may create Choshimaru later.

Amazing! I was looking for a japanese food chain for a long time here in workshop. I think my city in Brazil will open some shops to my japanese citizens. Greetings from Brazil!

I was able to decrease the file size by deactivating extra mods in the game, removing extra submeshes, and other optimization work, and then resaving the game.
Please don't complain any more about file sizes.

there's nothing to optimize here because I have checked the model and texture, it's FINE. There's something wrong in the saving process, or the game glitched out causing such file size. I will recommend author to try re-save it again see what happens. This model is mere 6k vert, 2k tex. There's nothing wrong there. I really have to assume his game glitched out.

i agree it doesnt look nice to complain, but is fair to point what is perceived as a flaw in the design. the models look great, but this game tends to suffer performance issues when cities become large, and that becomes worse when we ignore we used assets that will consume more memory.

so, short version, i also agree it would be great if the models could be optimised to be lighter, allowing to place more of them with less impact.
