Alfunso (ReBalanced Alfonso)

A modified version of Alfonso to be more fun to play as and against. Made with the permission of Seinfeld, the original Alfonso's creator

PPU = Parry Power Up. It boosts some moves, and is gained after some other moves. Decays over time, but not during a combo.

Alfunso has Tough Guy.

Moveset:

[Tilts]
Jab - A standard poke in the jab slot, it has great reach, but little disjoint

FTilt - Alfunso reaches forward with a hook, destroying any projectiles that hit it. If it does destroy a projectile, Alfunso gains PPU for 5 seconds

DTilt - A quick kick that sends up and outward

UTilt - An overhead swing. Great for starting combos

[Strongs]

FStrong - A big clap with great power, lasts longer than you might expect. It also can destroy Projectiles

DStrong - A grab and slam that be angled slightly / Buries into the ground for a combo and deals more damage

UStrong - ZANGIEF LARIAT

[Aerials]

Nair - Alfunso stretches out like a plank, covering a good chunk of space

Fair - DROPKICK

Bair - A quick swing behind Alfunso. Both this and Fair are pretty similar power-wise

Uair - Headbutt. It's his main juggle tool

Dair - Alfunso grabs you and throws you downwards / Now it's untechable on the ground and stronger.

[Specials]

Neutral Special, Spine Atomizer - A command grab in which Alfunso leaps into the air and comes back down, destroying your spine / ...and most likely the rest of you. Or he could cancel it by pressing Shield at the peak

Forward Special, Earth Shaker - Alfunso lifts his leg up and brings it down, causing a shockwave at wherever indicated, additionally dragging inward more and more depending on how long you charge it. / Now spawns three of these shockwaves.

Air Forward Special, Skull Cracker - Alfunso does the same thing as before, but instead of making a shockwave, it launches him forward. When the special button is released, he brings his foot down, donking whoever's below it on the head and boosting him up a bit. Great for a combo extension.

Down Special, Unshakeable Body - A counter that grants Alfunso 16 whole seconds of PPU when it works, it also forces the opponent off you if they're close enough, giving you a combo.

Up Special, From the Ropes - Alfunso flips himself into the air, and then goes into pratfall. If you hold the special button though, he instead plummets downward, crushing anyone below. / And it kills
