The condiments always bugged me a little...

The ketchup and mustard bottles are too close to modern bottles imo, and the mayo icon is a squeeze bottle... in '93, I only saw jars. The world model for mayo is already a jar, and the icon I used is an unused vanilla asset. The choice to not use the jar icon is puzzling, but if I had to guess, "Rework Mayo Bottle" is pretty low on the devs' to-do list right now lol

This mod simply replaces some models/textures/icons, and changes "Mayo Bottle" to "Mayo Jar" (you can still use it for water). I may add empty bottles for ketchup and mustard at some point, I dunno.

Updates for 42's content are on the way!

Since Ketchup is drinkable in 42, I'll need to adjust the model so it looks better in the hand. There's also some new condiments that could use my attention and that's on the way :)

Update: May 9th 2024

While playing I noticed a few normals on the ketchup got messed up while I was editing the model, which inspired me to go ahead and make a few tweaks to it, and a new texture (previously reused the vanilla). Now it's copyright-distinct Heinz lol.

I use Snake's Mod Pack, which gives you a bottle back so you can bottle your own ketchup and mustard. I went ahead and included icons and textures to match my changes. Just make sure my mod is loaded after Le Gourmet Revolution and all will be well.

Just had a flashback to sitting in a burger restaurant as a kid, hopelessly trying to dig some ketchup out of a glass bottle with a butterknife. I had almost forgotten... almost healed...

I didn't even know I needed this despite being critical of some mods having the current design of the products they're imitating. Good mod.

Just when life hadn't gut punched me enough, I find this mod with the classic barrel mustard bottle that haven't seen since I was a kid. Now, I feel properly old! lol

Well, dang it.

Now that my models appear in the hands when consumed, they're a little wonked. Due to this, I was attempting to edit the model scripts, but that system was already finicky in 41, and seems to be misbehaving in 42. I'll keep trying, but until I can get that to work, it's going to look a little janky if you drink ketchup or mustard... which is a pretty weird thing to do anyway lol.

Once the scripts get sorted, I have plans... Anything major will be included as a separate version.
