Remove Blur

描述
This mod removes blur from both battle maps and campaign maps to be more in line with how Warhammer 1 and 2 looked.

This is actually a DoF (Depth of Field) effect baked into the maps themselves for some reason, so frustratingly you think the DoF toggle in the graphics menu isn't doing anything. I've been reporting this to CA for over 2 years now but no dice so I decided to take things into my own hands.

This only removes blur, it doesn't alter anything else to keep things as vanilla as possible.

*Will not be compatible with mods that change weather.

If anyone interested like me. I checked today, mod Remove Blur work with ultiame ligting 2.0, if second mod (ultimate lighting 2.0) is placed higher in load order and both are active. Only exceptions are maps with heavy fog, night battles, heavy rain, blizzard etc., where fog effect create kind of blur. But distant object remain clear if it is possible to see them through weather.

The mod should work at any graphics settings. There's no reason it shouldn't.

Now I have powerful rig but year ago I had total opposite of that so I understand @JP ... but I think the way game works could be unfixable for him.
Let me explain what I have in mind, blur for some reason works mostly on all options even the lowest ones and I presume your mod is expected to work on maxed ones, so if he have low end rig it which run game on lowest settings then it could not work for him.
And there is also the thing about what graphic card he has (I don't know how others works beside one I haw), I have NIVIDIA and it operates of two apps simultaneously "GeForce Experience" and "NIVIDIA control panel" and both need to be set manualy (btw shogoz has some good tips for "NIVIDIA control panel").

@JP This mod removes blur on the campaign map too. I can't replicate the downgrading graphics, can you give me a specific scenario?

I don't have the most powerful rig, and this mod causes my graphics settings to be downgraded on the campaign map after the battle. I guess this mod changes a value that also affects something in the campaign map?

That would be incompatible unfortunately. Though I think it would still work on battle maps.

@blank Do you mean the fog of war? Or the graphical effect?
