ok ok iunderstand this mod isn't making the local or global recruitment cap jsut the cap of certain unit in the game ok

you need to enable the mod via launcher there is a mods button that will open the mod manager toggle to activate

how it works or how to turn it on

it's scripted somewhere i couldnt find the entry though to edit it

great mod works even for modded units. is there any way to remove the cooldown tho?
