Boz Corp. is proud to present the XDF-6, the latest version of the XDF modular ship system. The XDF-6 is a modular Mech capable of switching out different armaments depending on the job at hand. The Mechs arms can be swapped out quickly with different armaments or different tools such as welders and grinders. All the modular arm modules are fully capable drones that can be controlled from any friendly cockpit within antenna range.

The legs can be disconnected to drop weight and contain decoy blocks to divert enemy fire. The legs are mainly cosmetic but do house ore detectors, decoy blocks, landing gear and an antenna so the seperated legs can be used as an antenna relay. I created a version with legs that can move, but walking didn’t work as well as I would have liked, also those versions were very unstable when flying.

The Mech can be operated as a drone and the pilot seat is actually in the backpack which can be separated to allow the pilot to remote control the mech. Once all ammunition is expended from the hand gun pods they can be separated and two re-loadable rocket launchers and four Gatling guns that are fed by two medium containers provide additional weapon support.
