louis had enough of so many aryans

this mod replaces some of louis' lines with Tenshihan_Quinn's Funny Louis voicelines, but went through RVC. i've added extra stuff such as shoved.wav grunts replaced louis yelling Japanese grunts. (he knows japanese. billsan baka desu)

notes
-this is probably the very first "harsher" mod ever for this game.
-i've done this approximately a year ago but i was too lazy to match up the length and hz of every sound file. i decided to get it down from my dusty shelf.
-japanese louis grunts was supposed to be a seperate mod. i never uploaded it to workshop so i just merged both mods.
