2024 WINTER UPDATE

what is this ?
this is an additional category to Advanced Particle Controller to add all newer Team Fortress 2 unusual effects to Garry's Mod

each unusual effect (for hats and taunts) can be found under their year and season of release (eg. halloween 2023)

this also seems to fix Particle Attacher , so that is now up-to-date and functional as well
